01

Age group

We cater for children who are from six weeks to six years of age. Our long day care service is available from nursery to kindergarten.

02

Our Learning Programs

Our learning programs are grounded in the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, creating meaningful opportunities for children to explore, question, create and discover.

Behind our educational practice is a specialised Pedagogy Mentor who works closely with our Educational Leaders, keeping them connected to current thinking, emerging practices and quality learning approaches in early childhood education.

This additional layer of support helps ensure our educators are continually growing in their practice and that every child experiences learning that is thoughtful, intentional and held to a high standard of excellence.

03

Extracurricular Activities

Our enrichment programs are designed to nurture the whole child. Kindy Science brings STEAM: Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics, to life through hands-on discovery, experimentation and curiosity.

Across our centres, children also enjoy movement programs that encourage physical health and confidence, alongside music and meditation experiences that support mindfulness, emotional wellbeing and mental health.

Because growing up is about more than learning — it’s about moving, creating, wondering, connecting and feeling good too.

School readiness is more than letters and numbers

Prep teachers often tell us that children settle in most confidently when they can ask for help, take turns and have a go. That’s why our Kindergarten year is thoughtfully built around four key areas that help children feel confident, capable and ready for what comes next.

Well Developed School Readiness Program

Learning how to learn

Concentrating on something hard, trying another way when the first fails, and staying with a task long enough to finish it.

Getting along with others

Sharing, negotiating, waiting a turn and sorting out a disagreement with words — practised all day, every day

Belonging to a community

Understanding that a group has rules and rhythms, and that your child has a place and a voice in it.

Doing it themselves

Things like packing away after lunch, putting on shoes and hats, washing hands and knowing when to ask an adult for help can help children feel more confident and independent as they begin school.

Our Learning Spaces

Kindy Science
and STEAM

Our teachers are trained to deliver STEAM — science, technology, engineering, art and maths — in an exciting, hands-on way. In practice, that is ramps and marble runs, cooking, planting, weighing, and finding out what happens if...

We have an extended STEAM program, Kindy Science, that is offered at our centres to Kindergarten children every week and is hands-on with a qualified science teacher.

Support when a child needs it

Our Learning Spaces

Spending every day with your child means our educators get to know them closely and can notice when they may need a little extra support. We work alongside families and trusted Allied Health professionals to help connect children with the right support when needed.

Where available, services such as speech pathology, occupational therapy and other developmental support can be offered at the centre during your child’s usual day, making access easier for families and minimising disruption.

Together, educators, families and professionals create a connected approach that supports each child’s individual development, confidence and wellbeing.

F A Q's

Questions parents
often ask.

Do you follow a curriculum?

Yes. All studios work to the Early Years Learning Framework, and the Kindergarten year also follows the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline

Queensland Government funding that covers 15 hours a week of an approved kindergarten program for eligible children in the year before Prep. All our centres are approved for Free Kindy.

Your child will move to the next studio when they are developmentally ready, taking into account their age, individual capabilities and readiness for the next stage of learning.

That is what the Kindergarten year is for. Alongside early literacy and numeracy, we focus on concentration, getting along with others, independence and confidence — the things Prep teachers notice first.

Educators share documented learning with you through Storypark, and you can talk to your child’s lead educator at any time.
