Operating from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm, we place a strong emphasis on collaboration and open communication, valuing the voices of both parents and children. At Smart Tots, we celebrate each child’s individuality and focus on creating a playful and engaging atmosphere that inspires a lifelong passion for learning. Hi, I’m Hayley, the Director at Smart Tots Capalaba. I’ve been in early childhood education for over 15 years, and during that time, I’ve been privileged to watch so many children grow, learn, and thrive. Supporting children as they develop foundational skills and build their confidence is what I’m most passionate about. I love working closely with families to create a safe, secure, and nurturing environment where children feel valued and supported to reach their full potential.
I also take great pride in mentoring and supporting our team of educators. For me, it’s all about empowering them to deliver the highest quality care and education, ensuring every child has the best possible start. At Smart Tots Capalaba, we’re not just a centre—we’re a community, and I’m so proud to be a part of it.
