Smart Tots Early Education in Mt Cotton is committed to delivering high-quality care for young children. Conveniently located opposite the IGA on Valley Way, our centre serves families from the surrounding Redlands suburbs. Open daily from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, we prioritise collaboration and open communication, ensuring that every parent and child has a voice. At Smart Tots, we recognise each child’s unique needs and create a fun, supportive environment that fosters a love of learning through play. Hello, my name is Belle. I have worked in early childhood education for over 20 years and have been privilegedto watch children grow and learn from nursery to outside school hours care. I have always had a passion for working with children – to help develop their foundational skills and for lifelong learning, to work with their families and to provide a safe, secure, and
trusting environment for them to develop into strong, independent, and confident children.
Advocating for, supporting, mentoring, and empowering educators is also a very important and integral part of my role that l take pride in, to ensure our educators are providing care and education of the highest quality.
